When I logged into this site this morning, there was an ad at the top of the home page that said "Find Out Who is Calling Your Man. Get Her Name, etc." I just had to laugh--of all places for that ad to land. Fortunately, strange women calling "my man" have never been a problem, and they certainly aren't now!!!!!!!!!!!! (Unless one of the female clients at daycare takes a shine to him.)

Yep...not a concern here. In fact, I might encourage a little dalliance if those "strange women" really are on the prowl. I'm fairly certain they'd bring him back.

    My thoughts exactly.

Emily, I think that might be worth a shot!

Reminds me of a story. Some years back at my annual physical, our family doc (who was also a close personal friend), asked about "my waterworks" -- which was code for how things were going in the bedroom. When I told him that not much was going on anymore, he suggested testing my testosterone, which proved to be normal, so he said it must be in my head. I agreed, and ventured that it might be just boredom after so many years of marriage, and that maybe I needed a "change of scenery" -- but he headed me off right quick, saying, "Now don't you go home and tell Frances that I prescribed strange ********!

Marilyn: I didn't notice the ad so I appreciate your posting it. This is a strange place for it, but, I would like for my DW to use it. Might tell me who the 'woman' is that either just called (no) or just left (no).

Dean--I'll keep my eye out for the ad again, then! GC--cute story.

Marilyn, don't laugh. My DH loves to dance and there's one certain woman at day care who goes after him all the time.

I think in today's slang that's called a "hoochie mama".
