For those on Medicare, who do you get supplements from? Medicare Advantage is not available so that leaves the supplements. I have quotes from Humana ($78) , Standard Life and Accident ($46), and United American Insurance company ($44) for Part F high deductible. I been trying to find reviews on them all. United American does not have good reviews but most of the bad ones is about Part D.

Any opinions or experiences would be appreciated.

Not sure about Part D. Right now I am with Humana cause that is what they put me with in the program to help pay but once they realize our total monthly income I will have to pay.

Charlotte, I have similar feelings, but in some rural areas they do have the best plan. Might be worth checking out.

Is Blue Cross Blue Shield an option for you? I chose them for Medical = $114, with an extra policy for Drug = $35. My insurance broker told me to stay away from Humana because you have to pay too much for co-insurance or deductible (or something). I'm in Minnesota, but don't now if where you live makes any difference.
  1.
Try United Health Care - not through AARP.
