20" of rain and 100mph winds. Roaring gusts. Joan never lost power. I did. Not fun being in total darkness in a sweltering house wondering what the dawn will bring. I lost power but MsGracie and I will be fine. The cleanup will take a while. Not fun in 90+°heat.

I'm glad to hear it bluedaze*5-5-10 about you and Joan! You and Joan were in the thick of it. We in the north still had winds and rain but nothing like the southern part of the state. I lost power and am still without. I have to work tomorrow so that should be fun. May crash at my stepdaughter's house so I can shower and sleep. Stay safe

We are Port Saint Lucie Strong. We help and are here for each other. I had a huge pile of large tree limbs behind my house. I was home all day and someone took it on themselves to move them to the side of the road.

Glad that you are safe bluedaze (and Joan.)
Not often that neighbours care about each other so hope that makes the big clean up easier for you.

Glad to hear both you and Joan survived the storm. I have a friend in Tequesta and have been wondering how she is doing.
