Tomorrow I am off for another month of traveling. I will drive to FL and stay with a friend in Largo until Feb 3rd. Then she and her handicapped daughter will join me for a 2 week cruise. We are going (almost) first class this trip. Because there will be 3 of us in the room we opted for a bigger veranda stateroom way "upstairs". We plan to sit on the balcony in the evening with our glass of wine. :) Holland America even lets you bring 1 bottle each on board in your carry on luggage.
After the cruise I will be going down to Bradenton to stay a week with another friend there. I plan to be home by March 1st.
It sounds wonderful Mary....maybe just a tad jealous! :) Well not really - I don't do cruises, large bodies of water & I are not on friendly terms! But have a wonderful time away.
MarylinPA- you WILL enjoy the cruise....it is like a floating motel, where you wake up in a different place every day. I have gone on 18 cruises in the past three years, and there is no better vacations. Your phone does not work while you are cruising, and that is just an added bonus. Planning two more cruises this summer, and maybe 2 more in the fall. Cannot wait.
