Has anyone used this? It's considered a "natural supplement" and is legal in all 50 states. It's supposed to be without THC, and help IBS, pain, arthritis pain, parkinsons, cancer, etc. My dog has lymphoma and has 3 -12 months to live and I started doing a google search that would help alleviate/diminish symptoms from chemo and this came up. It's also supposed to help with dementia symptoms.
I know it can help appetite and have heard of the other uses to mention. I do know people who have smoked marijuana and/or used the oil for chemo symptoms. I believe as time goes on they will find more uses for marijuana, mostly the extracts from the plant that are non-hallucinogenic. For you dog, even our spouses with dementia, they are dying anyway so if it makes them more comfortable, go for it.
Last summer I heard an interesting interview about this with a medical researcher, who wrote a book about it. You can listen to the interview via the link I'm posting. If the link doesn't work, go to the NPR website and search for: "When weed is the cure: a doctor's case for medical marijuana"
