I have been looking for you. Please email me, as I am not sure I have your new address.
Thank you for the compliment, but I cannot take any credit for it. As Sid's situation worsened, Medicaid stresses mounted, and finally, I had to move him into the nursing home, my life long struggle with compulsive eating stopped. My stomach knotted up, and my appetite disappeared. Most days it's a struggle to get food down. I guess that's the only positive thing that has come from this dreadful disease.
I will admit that it is fun to be able to wear jeans again. Although every pair I put on, my sister says is too baggy. ??????? How am I supposed to know what jeans should look like on me? :)
Hi Nancy B*, good to see you again. Charlotte alerted us to Joan's new look on facebook, last week, she really does look lovely but at such a very high price.
I'm reminded of an old country music song entitled "Divorce Sure Looks Good On You" about a man who sees his former wife a while after their divorce. She had slimmed down and he was singing the blues about walking out on such a good looking woman. I'm sorry you're having such a time with eating, Joan., .. I did the opposite. All I did was eat during my DH's last year at home. People handle stress from one extreme in eating to the other. I hope you're taking supplemental vitamins.
I'll email you with my new info. I'm closer to you now!
