Thank you for you kind holiday wishes. I try to be grateful for the little things in my life that give me some happiness. It isn't always easy, but I keep trying. I am glad to hear that you will spend some happy time with your dear friends - enjoy.
I will be spending the next few days at the NH with my DH. I’ll be wearing a necklace and ring he gave me so many years ago – they bring back good memories. They will remind me that we may not be together next year, but also remind me to remember the good days we had, and be grateful for them. Wishing all the best for this holiday season. I am blessed that my good friends took me out last week, the anniversary of DH passing. And this week, older DD, SIL and baby grandson are here with me for Christmas. Cooking going full steam here. : )))
