I lost my husband, Bob, on November 30th. He died 5 years after he was diagnosis at the age of 58. I miss seeing and spending time with him. If only 1 more day… beachgirl, Belinda Kelk.
Belinda, I posted on the Widows/Widowers thread but I will also post here. I am so very sorry you lost your husband Bob and send all my support and prayers. Our journey was similar - dx in 2008 at 58, still going but in late stage 6 or early 7.
I wish you and your family peace and strength in these difficult days.
Belinda, I too posted on the Widows/Widowers thread. I was very sorry to read of your husband's passing. The memory of your beloved Bob will always be a part of you. Take care of yourself.
I'm sorry for your husband's early passing Belinda. I'm the same age as your husband and my wife is a year younger. I know what you mean I think about just one more day. I hope that you will find peace in your own heart in time.
For Bob I feel great joy that his nightmare is over and his suffering has ended. For you, Belinda, I mourn with you. As difficult as this caregiving role is, we still remember the one we fell in love with and miss him. I will keep you in my prayers.
