This is just a handy tip. I mostly eat alone now, just another AD thing. Don't like watching TV much, besides LO is watching it So I sit at desk with a healthy meal (trying...) and watch TED.com. on my computer They're appx 15 minutes of interesting monologue on hundreds plus topics. Helps pass the time, and gives me good stuff to think about. Anyone else do this?
TED talks are often really worthwhile. I had not heard of them at the time I was dealing with the caregiving loneliness situation, but it would have been just the thing.
