    Some of you know that my daughter, in honor of her dad, specializes in dementia care on a corporate level. She presented today-to the VPs-her programs for improved activities and care. They were very impressed. We both believe that a person still lives behind those sometimes blank eyes and deserves to be cared for with dignity.

    bluedaze, I agree, your daughter is just as wonderful as her mom! We definitely need more knowledgeable people advocating on behalf of loved ones with dementia. I agree with Marilyn, what a great way to honor her dad.
