I am so easily amused and pleased these days. Bought a package of "10 Sifting cat pan liners" The box contains 10 extra giant liners, transfer liner and even a rubber band(wow). Makes scooping much easier as I only change the liner on trash days. Dennis and Meeko dug right in.
For 3 years I used those white crystals mixed with blue. Thought they were better, because they were more expensive. Then, during one of my TWO moves this past year, I bought a new kind. Well, all the difference in the world. Tidy Cat Scoop, for multiple cats (figured she's BIG, that counts as multiple, right?, for small spaces (the apartment was smaller than the 4 bedroom house, right?) It is great. When she pees, it makes sort of a cow plop, easy as all get out to do with the hand sifter. I now put her doodees in the toilet with toilet paper. I had to use liners before, because those white crystals were huge, and the pee went to the bottom of the litter box. Now the cow plops just sit on the top. Katrina loves it. Before I was cleaning all the time, because the princess had to have it cleaned before she would use it again. Now she can actually cover it up, like a real cat.
Now let's just hope her daddy can keep his doodees in the right place until I figure out what to do with my life.

Spent the day looking for tennis shoes/not walking/running shoes. Had to try on about 30 pairs before I found some that were comfortable.
I'm so used to getting all dressed up for work. Now it's down to polo shirt, khakis, tennis shoes. I have a shoe closet, each pair in a plastic container, holding 50 pairs of shoes. My cute little shoes are going to be sad. But I keep thinking, how could it get any easier than this to get ready for work.
