And if an Alzheimer's (general dementia) group would suit you, the regional chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is in Philadelphia. They are wonderful, caring people who serve all dementias. And since they run groups in the Allentown area, where they are only just setting up a local chapter, I'm sure they run dozens in your area, which is in their home town.
Although FTD has differences to the other dementias, frankly they are all more the same as far as the problems of caregiving go, than they are different. And opening to a general dementia group will make it so much easier for you to find the right, caring group.
