Just this week, Jeff has been walking with a distinct tilt to the right and rear. It's a dramatic enough new feature that the ALF staff was bringing my attention to it, even though I already observed it. They'll have the doc look at it this week, although I think it is most likely a result of AD-related hemi-neglect progressing. His brain is damaged in a non-symmetrical way, and this is probably a manifestation of that.

Has anyone seen this sort of thing?

emily-folks on another site say have had good results with this produce-D-mannose. I have researched it and found nothing about it helping with leaning or tilting. It is sometimes used to prevent chronic UTIs.

Yes...my dh is leaning slightly to the left side. When I get him out of bed and he first sits up he also leans to the left. At the same time he is leaning forward from the shoulders more then the waist. Just part of AD...
I believe. When he sits in a chair he leans forward also.

My dh leans forward so much that it is hard to get a pull over shirt on him. He walks very slowly and slumped over. I figured just another az progression.
