Yes, that is exactly what I meant..we also get the fly overs..even heliocopter flyovers..so bloody frequently I want to sob for the families. One doesn't realize how many locals have fallen until you see and listen daily. Such an incredible waste. Sorry, I didn't mean to get maudlin, but it is a fact of life for us that many don't know about.

Duane, where did you go? It's been four days, and I haven't seen you respond on anyone else's discussion, so I thought if I activated yours again that you might answer! <grin>
My husband has apparently decided that now that the carpet is all up, that he'll start peeling the paint off of the railing on the front porch. Granted, it needs painting, but before it can be painted, it needs stripping of all old paint, and since it is iron underneath, it is going to take some heavy duty paint stripping goo, soaking for a LONG time! He is not capable of doing that task, so he'll probably end up stripping it flake by flake while I'm at work! <grin>
