We were married 36 years ago today. We have been together almost 40 years. We are both in our mid-50s. DH is dealing with probable FTD. Yesterday was an almost normal day. Today I think we are getting an affect from the full moon. I will work ‘till 2:00 today and then get fixed up and we will go to dinner. I will try really hard not to be over excited and overwhelm DH, so that we both will have a good time.
It is our wedding anniversary today too. It has been so long since Lynn knew what an anniversary was, it no longer breaks my heart like it use to. He ate all his lunch, he smiled a lot, and is still able to tell me he loves me; it was a gold star day.

Our evening was lovely. We started it early with a visit to an ill friend. then we went to our quite small fast-food place and had a great time. It was late and no one was around. It was very happy and the Happy is holding over to today as well.
Glad you had the happy times to hold on to in the future. We had our 41st last month - he remembered for some odd reason, even though over the years he didn't, but it was just another day.
