Mary75* our resident story writer. can you give us an opening line to start a new story for a bit of fun again? sounds like so many are having a nasty week and a bit of humor may give us some laughs like before. everyone is encouraged to add a line or two to the story subject as we go .. but to make it fun and related to joans place maybe we can use the humor related to our dealings with caregiving AD experiences along with the subject matter. it should make for a fun read. a bit of laugh and light heartedness is necessary to breath and come up for air occasionally.
Divvi, I've been out of town, had a lot of recurrent pain from the car accident in Oct, had a problem driving back and didn't see your post until now. I've added a line to the story that's in progress, and it's a good, good story. I came across your post when I searched your name for comments because sometime ago you had written something that has stuck in my mind (it was about 3-4 weeks ago). I've thought about it a lot . You said something about your husband, that if he knew you were keeping him alive he would disapprove. I remember having the same misgivings about Eric. However, life is sacred, and we are to cherish and protect it. We all know that you are providing the very best of care for him, and he is lucky to have you. No regrets, my dear.
