    Has anyone heard from Jeannette (from Netherlands) lately. She hasn't posted in a long time.

    I'm meeting up with her in Amsterdam later this month when my river cruise stops in Rotterdam.

    I contacted her via her email on this site several weeks ago. She's a busy gal.

    Jeanette is doing fine. She is very touched that everyone was asking for her. Siem has adjusted extremely well to placement, and although she moderates a support group, she is trying to move on and away from Alzheimer's a bit. She has become more active with friends, grandchildren, and is becoming a great bridge player.

    I met Jeanette at her old hometown a couple years ago. We live about 15 miles from where she grew up.Her Mom was our daughter's teacher in grade school in our hometown.I guess this really is a small world.We had a very nice visit.
