I found some glasses I really like. They are smoked plastic and look nice, but the main thing is that they have a square bottom which seem to make them more stable. If you are looking for some, check them out.
Since all of Sid's AD dominoes buddies have some kind of unsteadiness, I always buy the plastic glasses with handles. The handles make them easier to hold.
I use the small 8 oz. canning jars for DH. Here in the South we call them fruit jars. They are heavy enough that they don't turn over easily and fit his hand very well. I have seem the larger jars with handles that might be nice.
Guess I'm brain dead tonight. I thought moorsb was talking about eye glasses! Didn't make much sense then when I read Joan's post, I was totally knocked out! But....Bama, you made it perfectly clear! I use those too! Whew.....
