    Good Evening Everyone,

It has been one horrible week. I have been down with bronchitis, and I do mean DOWN. Today is the first day I haven't been in bed all day. I took the doctor's advice and did nothing but take my medications and sleep. That was after he told me that I won the prize for being the sickest person he had seen all week. (And after I made Sid's lunches every day, labeled them, and got up periodically to make sure he checked his glucose levels and ate.)

As you can see, I did not work, wrote no blogs, and depended upon my trusty message board monitor to keep an eye on the boards.

Now that I am well enough to at least be up around the house and not in bed all day..............................Sid caught what I have. Hopefully, the doctor can see him tomorrow.

We have spent an entire week cooped up together in this house with me blowing my nose and coughing constantly. Today, when he started blowing his nose, he told me how stuffed up he was. I told him that I knew how he felt, and he said........................have you been stuffed up? It NEVER ceases to amaze me what he forgets and how quickly he forgets it.

New blogs will start again tomorrow (Monday), I hope.

Take it easy and just do what your body tells you to. You'll have Sid to take care of as well as recuperate yourself.

I agree...feel better first, Joan, then you can get back to what you are able to do with the new blogs.

Take is slowly getting back into the routine, Joan lest you have a relapse. We are here and along with the monitor and Wolf and Pharanque, we are staying out of trouble. We promise to be good kids!

I am glad you are feeling better, Joan. As others have mentioned don't over do.

Take care of yourself. I had 2 rounds of meds to get over this mess. Just keep an eye on yourself and if you start to feel bad again, get back to the doctors. Hope you both are better real soon.

Think I picked up that bug, too. Just back from doctor with diagnosis of pneumonia of two lobes of right lung. On an antibiotic for 3 weeks.

    Mary,

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Go to bed, take your medication, and don't do a thing until you feel better. Pneumonia is nothing to fool around with.
