Anyone watch the recent Hallmark Channel movie, "Time After Time"? I really enjoyed it. Will be rebroadcast tomorrow evening, Mar 25, 2011. The dementia angle was very subtle and well done.
Have you watched "without a trace"? The lead actor has a father who is on the show some times. The story line is that he and his father had a rocky relationship. Now his father has early dementia and the son struggles with having to be sensitive. They also do a good job with the subject.
Weejun, I enjoyed it, too! Very well done. As others have said, Alzheimer's and dementia are popping up in TV shows all over the place. Most of them are sensitive and well done. I'm glad people are finally acknowledging this horrible disease. Just don't watch "Raising Hope", they give such a sick, convoluted spin on Alzheimer's. It's not comedy, as we all know!
