Everyone is busy, stressed, sad, and just plain overwhelmed during this hectic time of year. With that in mind, I invite you to log onto the home page - www.thealzheimerspouse.com - and read today's blog, which is my own creative expression of humor to break the tension, and hopefully put a smile on some faces.
Jan, I was thinking the same thing. It is a good thing that it is copyrighted. You are so talented and the words to this song are a perfect representation of what we go through.
For those who haven't seen it, I reposted my 12 Days of Christmas - Alzheimer's Version - in today's (12/14/2011) blog. We can all use a little humor to relieve the stress.

Thank you Joan for giving us this website as a gift! It is a blesssing to connect with others going though this dreadful disease...the advice and tips from the members are a tremendous blessing as I am just learning to cope. What a wonderful tool the internet can be if used properly!
I feel your pain. I placed my DH November 2011 just before the holidays. It was such a heart wrenching time and placing so close to the holidays, made it even more difficult. I doubted myself every step of the way.
May God Bless and guide you and those helping you find the best place for Sid. You ARE making the right decision. Praying for you.
