    I had the initial telephone questionaire for the new study group and I was told that I will probably be accepted into the study. They will send me an e-mail in the next week with confirmation and more details. The study is Caregiver Support -

    I haven't heard from them yet,so maybe I didn't qualify for it.

    I filled out the online questionaire last week but have not heard from them.

    I did the telephone interview yesterday and was told I would hear by e-mail next week as to whether or not I qualify. I'm not really sure what the study is aimed to prove.

    I received the consent e-mail this morning. The e-mail explains in great detail what the study is for. "In a nut shell" it sounds like their group has an existing plan to work with caregivers. They are studying what they currently do and the material they use to make sure that it is adiquate for what they are trying to accomplish. We will be asked to give our insite/opinion about materials, how we react to it, etc.

    It should be interesting.

    I was involved in one of their studies on fibromyalgia several years ago. If I remember correctly, they paid $40 for each segment of the study.
