DH willingly gave up his guns and his car this month. He was a little tweaked about both, but was mostly very cooperative. Now, if I could only find his hearing aids.
MY 94 year old mother lost one of her hearing aids while we were visiting and we never did find it. We finally concluded that one of our dogs ate it (very expensive treat).
That's great!!! Whenever we can get something accomplished without a struggle or very little struggle that is reason to celebrate. My DH didn't mind giving up driving during the night but day time was another story! I finally got him to give it up though, he still after over a year talks about how he can still drive if I want him to. My answer is always NO!!!
