I finally found an article that made sense. I posted the direct link under Breaking News on the home page - www.thealzheimerspouse.com The article says nothing WE could not have told them, but it is nice to read it from a group of "experts".

That article was realistic for a change. Joan, you are right, we could have told them that. The workers at my husband's facility could have told them that. I often think that there is a big disconnect between what the medical community thinks and the reality of the disease.
Huh...yeah, well...that's what we figured anyway. There are, of course, good and valid reasons to live healthy regardless, but here's hoping the big guns are trained on some serious pharmaceutical prevention.
