Do day cares usually help with toileting confusion in general? My husband is in Depends but on occasion will mistake an object for a toilet. Yesterday it was a chair. Doesn't happen often, but a concern. I am scared to get him started and then get a call at work that he is kicked out. I have had too many of those calls in the last five years with both my Mom and Dad.

My wife was in day care for nearly two years and they had her on a toileting schedule. There came a time, after an accident, when they insisted that she be in Depends, but they were great in helping her with toileting and actually became more successful with her than I was.
