LO is always "losing" her money,I take her to CU she takes out $100 puts it in her purse an a half hour later someone stole her money, this has been going on for a few months,I even went so far as to lock it in a big steel tool box but then she wanted a key, hmmm so I just gave up knowing that she wasn't spending it so I knew it had to be around here somewhere,Tuesday she had Drs appt an when the nurse weighed her she took her shoes off,we then proceeded to exam room where she put her shoes back on an lo an behold she had a lot of money in her shoe,I didn't say anything an I know that can't be the only place she hides it otherwise she would be about 7 foot tall, the game never ends but if it gets to the point where I have to look up to talk to her,I'll be emptying her shoes every nite before bedtime

And how many pairs of shoes does she have? If she's like some of us, it could take a long time to get a specific pair of shoes full.

I haven't found hb's hidey hole yet, but I'll check his shoes.

When DH lost his wallet I found it in a shoe that he hadn't worn in awhile!

I can top all of you with hiding places. My DH hid $400 in the back of a battery
powered stud finder. How do I know this....I caught him the the garage one day taking the back off the stud finder and I asked to see what he was doing and there it was...4 $100.00 bills. He has hidden another hundred in the past month or six weeks but I have no idea where to look.

Time for fake money so they have the joy of counting it and then hiding it.

Fake money...I must have PLENTY of it, according to Social Services and their investigation!! But, seriously, one of my relatives had a "problem" one time....for quite a few years. His 'hidey hole' was the old septic tank! Really! Opened that sucker up one year and all kinds of stuff was dumped in there!! Fortunately, years before they had hooked up to the city sewer system. Funny, I thought.
