divvi, I'm giving him an extra dose of Seroquel and the dr. told me I could raise it even higher, if need be. I know "in your face" is a bad sign. I'm taking the bull by the horns and will get someone in here, beginning with just housework and gradually more help. I know what I need to do, I'm really procrastinating, and I know I should have started this sooner.

Today wasn't a good day, tomorrow, I hope, will be better. Thanks so much for the advice.

good to hear you are increasing meds. yes we tend to all procrastinate but at some point taking the bull by the horn is a necessity. better to get it over with sooner than later.
let us know how your week goes!

Jennette - no I do not have the freezer or frig space. Motorhomes have small frig/freezers unless you can afford a $250,000+ motorhome. We have a small frig that we use just to keep pop and water cold in. I wish I did have more freezer space cause then I would buy frozen dinners,.

Good job on the weight loss Susan. Sorry about plantar facitis. I had that once but just toughed it out. It went away after about a year - thank goodness.

Susan L. you sound like me,I had 5 weeks of injections in my knee, lasted 5 or 6 mo. then cortisone injection, waiting to figure out how I can find time to get it replaced.I can't take oral pain medication{chemical gastritis} so my doc gave me samples of Flector patches, they worked really good, ask for samples.I get cortisone in my back and the artritis in my feet is so bad that there are days when I can hardly walk.but we have to keep going,we have no choice.I'm getting PT for my balance and to loosen uo my neck,it gets really bad from my violent sneezing,in fact I had to get it fused,it wore out from sneezing. I tell all the younger people I know"Don't get old" Oh, I got my Shingles shot last week, I coudn't believe $193 dollars because I'm in the GREAT donut hole.
