This is one of the saddest cases of Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease I have ever read about. However, I am very confused as to why the author stated- "Mrs Doig is believed to be the first female to be affected by the rare form of Alzheimer's." It seems she needs a lot of educating concerning EOAD. I have put the direct link on the home page - www.thealzheimerspouse.com, under Breaking News. If you want to copy and paste, here is the link:

You will have to "refresh" the home page to see the direct link, as I am doing it now.

If you go to tinyurl.com, and bookmark its page, then when you find an article of interest, go immediately to the bookmark for tinyurl, and it will translate the long id to a short one, which you can then post. It saves having these long ids that people have trouble with.

    Sad story.
