    I am having e-mail problems, and I need your help.

    I have the "administrator account", which means that I DO have access to the e-mail addresses you provided when you signed up as a member. Most of you are aware that I am extremely protective of everyone's privacy. I DO NOT give out anyone's e-mail address unless I am given permission by the person in question.If you do not want your e-mail address seen by other members, you have the option of not listing it in your public profile.

    It is sometimes important that I get in touch with you about a private matter, but some of the e-mail addresses you provided when you signed up are no longer valid. If you want me to have your current address, please check your "personal information" in your account, update the address, and send me an e-mail with the new address. Also, if you want to receive e-mail from me, including website announcements, please check to see that I am not on your SPAM list.

    If you DO NOT want to receive e-mail or announcements from me, send me an e-mail, and I will take you off of my e-mail list.

    If we have been e-mailing back and forth regularly, there is no need for you to make any changes - your address is working.

    Dan King - I receive e-mails from you, but when I try to send one to you, they are always returned with the message that it is not a valid address.

    Zibby - The e-mail I sent you this morning was returned as not a valid address, but you always e-mail me with that address. - Thanks Zibby - got your e-mail. Problem solved.

    e-mail address in my profile is correct.

    Joan, what I have found is that when entering the return email address in outlook, IncrediMail, or others when setting up, often I have left out a letter so they may want to check their return address.
