Found out today we have to get recertified for the GoBus--Public Transpo fo the disabled. Forms for DH were sent in Aug. and mine were sent in mid Sept. but neither got here. His certification expired, but they've made a temporary extension so I can get the papers in. HERE'S THE PROBLEM: Fastest way to submit is online application. But when I try to do it, either through stray keystroke or computer gremlins, part way through the screen will flip to previous page and when I bring it back, all entries are gone. Can't submit it until it's complete. IS THERE ANY WAY TO SAVE PERIODICALLY, SO I DON'T HAVE TO KEEP STARTING OVER? I've allready spent 3 hours on this and still have to get both applications entered. ANY IDEAS?
Somewhere on the page, is there a "contact us" or "customer service" or "customer support" phone number? That's what I always end up doing when the screens don't work they way they are supposed to. A lot of the time, you end up typing your problem to a "virtual operator", but they can usually fix the problem.
Other than that, I have no idea how to fix those gremlins.
I think Joan's right. Phone 'em. I had to do that today with a magazine subscription I was renewing. It asked for my customer number. The number was approximately 50 characters. No way was I going to type it in!!
