    To any lawyers in Michigan or whom ever has helpful facts. How does it protect me as we don't have a lot now buT as toward the future...?

    Maybe more info would be helpful. With stuntgirls. Story I saw some issues that needent have happened. PPO's , interfering relatives (some at her behest) and general chaos bourne of desperation.

    In my situation, my DH tries to keep me from my GI doc, my therapist etc....
    Any thoughts?

    I'm not a lawyer, but you need to talk to an ELDER lawyer in your state, not a divorce lawyer. It is possible that separating will not protect you at all, and might cause all kinds of problems depending on your circumstances. Go see a lawyer NOW!
