    Isn't it great that in light of our heavy burdens, we can still manage to keep our sense of humor. The Giggles & Jokes section is one of my favorites. Way to go folks!

    Good news, everyone....I've read that the "new" Middle-Age is 55-60. Now, how's that make ya feel???

    Remember when a person who was 50 seemed old???????? If 55-60 is middle age does that mean I have to plan and think about living to 110 or 120?

    Really, that's what I've read.....folks are healthier and living longer in general and so our new "middle age" is 55-60. Also, because of that, people are having second careers as well. Retiring from one and re-educating themselves for another. I'd just like to get my FIRST career goal in mind then off the ground!

    I want to be thin and in good physical condition. I am out of shape but can do my walking, just need to loose 100 pounds.

    To be 60 yrs young is sometimes far more cheerful and hopeful than to be 40 yrs old.
    The old believe everything, the middle aged suspect everything, and the young know everything.
