Hmm. Everyone who knows anything about AD knows that they are functionally a child, regardless of physical age. This guy is an idiot, so give him his walking papers.. If you 'need' him for some RX, then find a neurologist or primary care for that. YOU ARE RIGHT. This doctor is beyond hope...about 90% of the population now knows about AD and the functionality level(s)!
