((Kathy)) Such wonderful news! Having him close will make all the difference. I had to chuckle when you shared how you even enjoyed him getting upset with you when you were trimming his eyebrows. Now that Lynn is in the NH, things that use to just overwhelm me no longer do. The small things added to the big things, day after day, year after year, just suck the life right out of you! Accccck.

Now I too smile at things that use to drive me nuts! Like you I treasure every single moment with him. And odd but true, since placement he hasn't called me "mom" once. He clearly knows who I am. And yep instead of getting hit and screamed at every day I now get kisses and hugs. YAY! :) Such a gift and one I treasure!

I know it isn't what you wish for, but I am so happy for you. Its been a long battle for you and I know once you get him settled you will look back and think, now why did I wait so long? I hope your DH has a smooth transition. Keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers today. ((hugs))
