Just to clarify, Dan Active is not the same thing as Dannon yogurt. I just saw a post on Alz board (I cannot post there on my cell phone)

Dan Active comes in packs of 6 where milk and yogurt is sold in the grocery store.

It says on the bottle it helps the digestive tract. My ADLO insists it helps her tummy after drinking Axona in the morning.
The mct oil never seemed to bother her and we never tried the Fuel.
Please let the others know too!
Dan Active has worked for my LO.

Danactive and activia both seem to help with digestive issues. My husband loves them and drinks or eats them daily.
  1.
Would it help with the acid reflux that I have?

It really might, dazed. It certainly has helped both of us with gas, etc.
  2.
Sure be worth a try. Can I get it at the grocery store?

Yep. Pretty widespread, I think. The Danactive is little bottles, the activia little cups. Expensive, though, compared to other yogurt.

Now if you want good YOGURT, get the Fage Greek yogurt. I can eat it like ice cream, even the 0% fat. That may not be everywhere, though.
