Several weeks ago I found a thread about a web page for caregivers to list a posting about their LO. It eas called something like CaringBridge. It Seemed like it was mostly about clhildren but it got my attention. I had been thinking of a blog for family, neighbors and friends on my LW. I finally set it up last week and you can look it up at:

I have only made two postings and daughter has added one comment but I sent an email to lots of friends and many have told me what a good idea it is for them to be able to keep up with Carol. I don't have any visions of doing what Joan has done here but I am excited about what it can do for me, Carol and our friends. Let me know what you think. I will continue to visit and post here. Youse guys are still the greatest. Bill E
Bill, I tried to add my comments after reading your blog, but it asked for a profile, and I didn't fit any of them! Here is my comment:
Bill, Carol is very lucky to have you! Thank you for sharing your experiences. You are doing a fantastic job, and this blog is a wonderful idea! Congratulations!

I put "from Joan's Place" so that you would know where I came from! <grin>
Mary-------You might need to sign in first. I can not get your sign in data unless you to to the F0llow and log in. I will ask my daughter about this. Thanks for telling me. Bill
bille, what a wonderful thing to do! I'm sure your family and friends will very much appreciate all the information. And the site is so well done. You are doing a great job in caring for Carol. God bless.
Bill, I read your blog and like the way you've put it together. It's a great way to keep family and friends advised and also to educate them on the day to day problems with AD and caregiving.
Bill, I loved your blog and left a comment. Those wanting to leave a comment need to sign in with Google. Your e-mail address and a password. I have been signed on with them for a long time because my granddaughter has a blog there. It is easy.
Hey thanks for the tech tips. I used to handle computers without a problem. I think my caregiver dimentia has hit me in this area also. I really had a hard time setting all this up even though it was very straight forward. I think I was just making it harder than it should be. My son had to come over and review a bunch of duplication I had inserted. Thanks for your support. Bill
