Dave, my husband died 4 times in one day about 4 years ago when they needed to put in a pacemaker. I'm pretty sure that is where the vascular dementia came from, but I think there is something else happening too. Also, since he has a pacemaker he is also taking a strong blood thinner. Again, that could easily give him a slow leak mini-stroke. I've been to the alz site in the past, and obviously need to spend more time there again. Thanks.
