    From Alzheimer's Daily News: As part of NCOA's Invest in Older Americans Campaign, we are partnering with other national aging organizations to initiate a "Dear Colleague" letter in support of a 12 percent increase for the Older Americans Act in FY 2010. This "Dear Colleague" letter asks other members to sign onto a joint letter to House appropriators requesting this critical increase for the Older Americans Act.
