Using my husbands name as my contact was too wierd. I guess I should have read all the directions better when I first registered. SOOOOO I am no longer "Eugene0401" but Kathryn. Thanks

Hi Kathryn!!! :-) It's okay! Like I said, we seem to assume our husbands' identity without even realizing it!!!!! I went from being my darling Daddy's daughter to my husband's wife to my children's mother... and I didn't even realize it was happening until suddenly, I looked around.. everyone was gone or in DH's husband, mentally gone.... .and there I stood... I realized that for the first time, I'm "just me".

Congratulations on assuming your own identity

Kathryn, the name change may be the first thing to help you find out who you really are. Like Mawzy, I'm still wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, etc. I read your other post. My heart really goes out to you with all you're going through. This site is a Godsend, though. A warm welcome.
