I read this book soon after my wife's DX. Not the book I should have read first, but for some reason I was intrigued by the title.

Has anyone here read this book? If so, what do you think?

I haven't read the book but I don't understand how any of us living with the monster can consider it a myth.

I just got the book on loan from our local "Caregiver Resource Center". I haven't read it yet, but plan to soon.

Somewhere on this board, and I'll be darned if I can find it, is a discussion about that book. Many people were outraged when it first came out. Apparently, the impression that was given in the initial reviews was that the author contends that Alzheimer's is not a disease. I think there is much more to his theory than that, but I have not had a chance to read it.
