I accidentally deleted the spell check program because I didn't know what it was. So now I don't have the spell check option any more. Does anyone know how I can get it back?
Since I got my computer back from its complete overhaul, the spell check feature on the Internet Explorer toolbar is gone. I have been trying to figure out how to get it back for two days. I'm going to call the computer Doc and ask him.
Is it actually gone, or just not showing up in the tool bar? I don't have Explorer (or a PC) but many applications will allow you to tailor what you show in your applications. Look under the drop-down menus when you're in Explorer, under something like "view" or "tools" or "preferences" and see if you can find a place where you can set what shows in your toolbar. Or try "help".
My Internet Explorer didn't have spellcheck, etc either. Took Sunshyne's advice. Waaay over at right there are 2 little right pointing arrows at the end of line showing HOME funky box feeds(J) print page. Clicked double little arrows, got drop down . Clicked Tools and got another drop down., checked Menu Bar and now have: File Edit... line but even in Tools no spell check. No clue where it's stashed.
