What the heck is in those milk bones? Good thing to know about if tooth brushing becomes a problem--I'm going to ask our dentist about it tomorrow, when we visit her!
Have you ever looked at Land's End for shorts? Many varieties with and without elastic...also Norm Thompson has long and short pants that are expandable..some nicer looking. At least they used to. Worth a look.
Sunshyne, Just ten minutes ago, my DH went into a rage when I reminded him to brush his teeth. He screamed to the top of his lungs four consecutive times. Scared our little housekeeper half to death.
He WILL NOT brush his teeth, but does he ever go after that Listerine! I am going to stop buying Listerine (gold) and buy Scope. Maybe he's going after the alcohol in Listerine. He can blow me out of the bed with LIsterine breath. whewww!
I'm leaving for a few hours if my housekeeper thinks she's adequately recovered. He's gone to his room to take a nap. I'm running away from home............................... for at least 3 hours.
i buy IAMS not milk bones:) they produce shiny coats -ie hair?..haha. sunshyne try one of the buzzer toothbrushes we talked about on another thread. any pharmacyhas them and they buzz...DH alternates it between his teeth and his pockets:)divvi
Just read the thread--yup, he's got the obsessive toothpick habit. I never would have attributed it to AD--but I believe it now. Here's the funny thing, after dx our dentist said he needed a "deep cleaning" for his gums' sake. After he had it, he started the toothpick thing--next visit, she named him her "most improved patient". I thought he was motivated by the dentist to keep his teeth clean--now I know the reason! This site is wonderful in helping me to understand what's going on--takes some of the mystery out of it.
Yep. Mine almost never brushes his teeth. I thought the hygenicist would get after him last time, and she didn't. Said his teeth were in fine shape. ToothBRUSHES haven't been around forever, but apparently the equivalent of tooth picks have been.
