My wife seemed to be getting more unhappy/depressed even though she was on sertraline (Zoloft). Her M.D. had increased the dose from 50mg/day to 100 mg/day. He then decided to switch her to Cymbalta. After starting on the Cymbalta she started having more episodes of agitation/paranoia/delusion. Has anybody else noticed this with Cymbalta? (She does have a history of an idiosyncratic reaction to Ativan.)
